How to add a sub-teacher to your school

If you have a team of course creators ready, you can add them to your Archy school. This will allow creators other than yourself to create course content for your school. 

• Step one: navigate to your Head Office
  In the left hand side menu on your Archy dashboard, click “Head Office”. Along with monitoring and managing your students, Head Office also has a “Teachers” section. Click on “Teachers” in the top menu.
  
  
  
  
• Step two: adding a new sub-teacher
  Once you’ve navigated to the Teachers section, click on the “Add Teachers” button in the top right hand side. A form will pop up. Fill out your teacher’s first name, last name and email.
  
  
  

• Step three: invite your new teacher
  Once you’ve submitted your invite, Archy will send an automated invite email to your invitee. Once they navigate through the email, they’ll be guided to reset their password. Following this step, your new sub-teacher will have full access to creating content on your account. 

• What if your sub-teacher has an existing Archy account?
  Currently Archy only supports adding in sub-teachers who DO NOT have an existing account. You can work around this by adding “+1” to their email address name. For example: “[e-mail]”
